Excel 2003 - Printer Setup
Excel allows you to choose how you would like to print your sheet.
Click on File

Click on Page Setup…

Page

There are 2 important settings on this page
Orientation
You can choose between Portrait and Landscape.
Scaling
If you want your workbook to print on a specific number of pages click the Fit to : box.
You can specify how many pages wide and tall you want the sheet to print on.
Click on Margins

You can specify the width of the Top, Left, Right and Bottom margins.
Centre on page
By clicking the Horizontally or Vertically boxes, the sheet will print on the centre of the page.
Click on Header/Footer

Excel has several preset Headers and Footers which you can access by clicking on the respective down arrows.
You can also insert a custom header or footer by clicking on the respective box.
Click on Sheet

There is one very useful setting on this tab.
Print titles
If you have a large sheet that spreads over more than one page, you might want the Row and Column Headings to print on each page, you will use this setting.
Click on the
button next to the Rows to repeat at top box.
This will take you back to your sheet, displaying the following box:

Click on the row you want to repeat on top of each page:

Click on the
button
You can follow the same procedure for a column you want repeated on a page.
When you are all done, click on the
button.
